Holiday Gift Guide – Affordable Beauty Edition

Hello, everyone! Today is the second installment of my holiday gift guide, where I’m sharing my picks for affordable beauty products. These are all products that I love myself, and best of all, they’re all under $30 CAD! I think these would be particularly good as stocking stuffers or gift exchanges where you might have a budget to work with!

Becca Drenched in Glow Set.jpg

Becca Drenched in Glow Mini Face Set – $30 CAD

This Becca set only retails for $18, and is new to Sephora. What a perfect way to try a well-rounded sample of Becca’s most popular products, which includes minis of a Glow Gloss, a Shimmering Skin Perfector Highlighter, and their First Light Priming Filter. For some reason, I can no long find this on the Sephora website (maybe it sold out?) but this Jet, Set, Glow set is a good choice as well. Although at $30 it is pricier, it has both of Becca’s bestselling primers as well as their Eye Brightening Corrector, which I also love.

ColourPop Eyeshadow Palettes – $12-$22 USD

ColourPop’s palettes are a HUGE favourite within the beauty community because of their affordability. They are usually 9-16 pan palettes, and range from $12-$22 USD which is so affordable for palettes. While I do own a bunch of ColourPop singles which I love, I actually don’t own any of their palettes, but have almost been sucked into buying one many times because they are such a steal! A palette of this size at Sephora would cost double this price. The good thing about the ColourPop palettes is that there’s a perfect palette for everyone – everything from neutral palettes to red-toned palettes to blue-toned palettes, and everything in between!

The Body Shop Enchanted Body Butter Trio – $15 CAD

The Body Shop makes some of my favourite every day body butters, which are so moisturizing and smell great. This set of minis of The Body Shop’s body butters is a great gift, not only because it’s a good way for people to try some minis of the brand’s iconic scent, but it only costs $15 and comes in adorable holiday packaging!

Kiehl's Grapefuit Body Duo Set.png

Kiehl’s Grapefruit Body Duo – $25

Kiehl’s body products are so luxurious, and their Creme de Corps body butter is one of my favourites of all time because of how rich the cream is and how decadent the scent is. This Kiehls’ Grapefruit Body Duo retails for $25, and contains a Creme de Corps body butter and a body scrub in the Grapefruit scent. For some reason, this disappeared off the Kiehl’s website, but can still be found in stores at Kiehl’s and at Hudson’s Bay in Canada.

Bite Beauty Four Littles Amuse Bouche Lipstick Set – $17.50

Bite Beauty lipsticks are one of my favourite formula, and this set is such a great way to try four different wearable shades of the Amuse Bouche formula! If the $29 price tag isn’t already a good deal, it’s now on sale for $17.50 at Sephora. If I didn’t already buy 3 full-sized lipsticks during the Sephora sale last month, this would be a present for myself!

Zoya Nail Polish Quads – $24

For the holidays, Zoya has released 11 different sets of nail polishes, with four shades in each set. There’s some really good selection here – a set with bright reds, one with deep berry reds, one with all neutrals, one with vampy shades, etc, etc. There’s something for everyone!

L’Occitane Holiday Hand Trio – $29

I personally love being gifted L’Occitane products because I find them to be a pricier brand that I wouldn’t normally buy myself. I included a set like this in my mom’s gift last year and she really enjoys them. L’Occitane’s hand creams are so smooth and hydrating, and this set is a great way to gift your loved one some luxurious hand creams that can go in their purse, while still staying on budget.

  1. So many great affordable choices! I love how great of a value Becca sets are.
I love giving body butters for Christmas, I don’t have anyone to buy makeup for during the holidays but my mom loves bath & body products.
That Bite beauty set has been on so many wishlists this year! I bought if for me & Nova’s ig giveaway but I also asked for it on my own chrismtas list. I don’t know why I waited to long to try Bite products, they’re perfect the for drier winter months.
L’Occitane is perfect for gifting! I never splurge on it for myself but I always get my mom a shower gel or a few hand creams each year.

  2. That Becca set definitely seems like it could be appealing to a lot of people and I love that it includes a gloss! I’m definitely personally intrigued by the Kiehl’s duo. Ever since you got me hooked on their Midnight Recovery Eye Cream I’ve been curious to try more from them. I love how curated the Zoya quads are, and such a good deal too!
